REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the nature of the products being sold, all items are final sale, which includes sale items or gift cards. If there is an issue, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping available at customer's expense. Inquire for shipping at firstname.lastname@example.org. Every measure will be taken to ensure your cookies will be delivered in one piece, however once they are shipped, I cannot control the manner in which they are handled by the shipper.
Please note, at this time there is no shipping available for 3D cookies or hot chocolate bombs.
