Before sketches, colours, or icing ever come into play, I always encourage clients to begin with one simple step: review the starting prices.
Custom cookies vary widely in price, not because one cookie is better than another, but because design tells time. The number of cookies, the complexity of the artwork, the colour palette, and the level of detail all play a role in shaping the final quote.
This first step allows you to dream responsibly — to understand what’s possible within your budget before moving forward.
How to Order Custom Cookies: Sharing Your Vision
Once you have a sense of pricing, the real conversation begins.
The Custom Order Form is where your ideas take shape. This is your opportunity to share the details that matter most: your event date, quantities, theme, colour palette, and — most importantly — your inspiration.
Clear reference images are invaluable. Whether it’s a Pinterest screenshot, an invitation suite, or a colour palette you love, thoughtful details help ensure your cookies reflect your vision as closely as possible.
Delivery & Additional Treat Options
If you’d like your custom cookies delivered, this can be requested during the ordering process. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and included in your quote.

What Happens After You Submit Your Order Request
After submitting your form, you’ll receive an email confirming your request has been received.

Each order is personally reviewed. If clarification is needed, I’ll reach out. Otherwise, you’ll receive a custom quote thoughtfully tailored to your design, quantity, and timeline.
This step is intentional. Custom work deserves careful consideration, not rushed replies.
Securing Your Order: Invoice & Payment
Once you’re happy to proceed, an invoice is sent by email.
Because availability is limited and each order reserves dedicated time, full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received, and unpaid invoices may be cancelled if availability is lost.
This policy allows each confirmed order to receive the time, focus, and creativity it deserves.
Custom Cookie Pickup: Timing Made Simple
Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a booking link to select your pickup day and time. Including your order number when booking helps a seamless experience.
One day prior and one hour prior to pickup, an automated reminder email is sent — a gentle nudge so nothing is forgotten in the excitement of event preparation.
Important Things to Know Before Ordering Custom Cookies
Custom cookies are not last‑minute treats. They require time to design, bake, decorate, and properly set and package. Orders cannot be completed within 48 hours, as everything is made from scratch, just for you.
This isn’t a bakery with ready‑made products on display — it’s a studio where each order is crafted with intention.
Custom Designs, Colours & Characters
All cookies can be created in custom shapes and themes, and that design work is included in your pricing.
Colours are mixed by hand using food colouring, and while every effort is made to match your palette closely, exact colour replication cannot always be guaranteed.
For character designs requiring perfect likeness, printed images on plaques are often recommended — a beautiful balance of precision and style.
